Grace Rehab Center has been a trusted provider of physical, occupational and speech therapy for more than two decades. Our home office and original outpatient clinic is located in Campbell County, in the heart of beautiful East Tennessee. We currently have two additional outpatient clinics located in Scott County and Grainger County, Tennessee. Complementing our outstanding outpatient services, we are also a leading provider of school-based therapy. We have 150 employees working in 19 school systems across East Tennessee. Through the years, we have worked vigorously with clients and school systems to provide the highest quality PT, OT and ST.

Programs Designed to Our Patients' Needs

Our programs are generally designed by individualized care and evaluation. The objective is to assist the patients to recuperate from stroke, surgery, orthopedic and sports or work-related injuries, chronic pain, arthritis and joint replacement. Our physical therapy programs are carefully monitored while adjustments are made based on the needs and abilities of the patients. Apart from the physical therapy program, we also have a wide selection of occupational therapy services.

Speech-Language Therapy

The certified speech-language pathologists here at Grace are specifically trained to offer a wide range of services that meet the requirements of people of all ages. Patients will be able to gain personalized assistance, especially those who suffer from a communication disorder. Our speech therapy program is also geared to address hearing loss, oral-motor disorders, including feeding or swallowing disorders that are associated with neurological and other conditions.

Occupational Therapy

Our occupational therapy teams are trained to provide gross motor development, assist with academic and social skills, including normal everyday living skills. We offer treatment options that are for adults and children who suffer from problems involving sensory
processing and visual perceptual disorder. Depending on the evaluation, the occupational therapist will design a treatment plan that is based on the unique requirements of every client.
